With over 25 years of experience in fostering cross-Atlantic business growth, Sebastien Torre has dedicated his career to supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. As the President of the European American Enterprise Council (EAEC), Sebastien has guided over 500 tech companies in Europe and the U.S. towards achieving their strategic goals through capital advisory, grant writing, and leadership coaching. With 5 company exits under his belt, his passion for global entrepreneurship has extended to academia, where he has held significant roles at esteemed institutions like Temple University, Northeastern University, and now at San Jose State University influencing the next generation of innovators. His work includes designing and implementing programs that support global entrepreneurs, emphasizing the importance of building and bridging innovation ecosystems. Sebastien has also spearheaded initiatives such as the ENRICHERS' AI-based collaborative CRM platform as presented herein, showcasing his commitment to leveraging research and education for entrepreneurial success. His educational background includes an MBA from the University of San Diego and a CPA in Accounting and Finance from ICS, Paris, providing a solid foundation for his multifaceted career. Through his diverse experiences, he strives to inspire and mentor emerging entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the complexities of the global market, while offering capital access workshops and facilitating participation at major trade-shows and major side events/activities - supported by NSF ICorps for customer discovery phase.
Blandine Chantepie-Kari
Co-Founder & VP Higher Education
Blandine Chantepie-Kari, an international strategist with 20+ years of experience, public speaker, and grant writer, specializes in international trade, Foreign Direct Investment attraction programs, and ecosystem building.
As Director of International Programs at Temple Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Blandine manages the EU-funded ENRICH in the USA program and the university’s global business Incubator. In March 2022, she launched the first Temple SBDC International Business Bootcamp (IB2) supported by Temple’s Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER).
As a grant writer, Blandine has created and directed different governmental-funded global programs focusing on innovation ecosystems. As a public speaker, she coordinated and participated in different panels at international conferences, i.e., SelectUSA Summit, BIO, SXSW, NCURA, ASBDC, NASBITE, and IRI Annual Conferences.
Blandine received a Master’s degree in Economics, majoring in International Business. She is presently pursuing a PhD at Paris Sorbonne. She is a NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional and Growthwheel Certified Business Advisor. She serves on the boards of directors of the French American Chamber of Commerce, Philadelphia Chapter, and of ENRICH Global, and as Elected Consular Councilor of the French Abroad for DC, DE, MD, PA, VA, and WV.
